Premada Oorali passes Rs 50 crore net after a strong third Monday, per TV9 Kannada

Updated 13 Oct 2026: Per Pinkvilla, about Rs 5 crore on day 18 took the India gross to roughly Rs 59 crore (trade estimate). Per Cinema Express, 1.49 lakh BookMyShow tickets sold in 24 hours on 12 October, ahead of Drishyam 3; Vijay Karnataka reports 2.60 lakh in a day.
Updated 14 Oct 2026: Day 19 (Tuesday 13 October): TV9 Kannada reports a Rs 67.46 crore India gross, Rs 57.72 crore net. Pinkvilla's own estimate is a lower Rs 63.75 crore gross. Per Sacnilk, as cited by Filmibeat Kannada, the day brought roughly Rs 4.75 crore net. All trade estimates.
The Kannada film moved past the Rs 50 crore mark in its third week. TV9 Kannada puts Premada Oorali at Rs 52.97 crore net and Rs 61.95 crore gross after Monday 12 October, with Rs 4.75 crore net on that Monday alone, a figure it calls strong for a weekday. Udayavani independently reports that the film has crossed Rs 50 crore and says about 2 lakh tickets were sold in one day, with crowds outside theatres. These are outlet-reported figures, and they may differ from the producers' own.
The weekend before that Monday was the film's biggest so far. Trade tracker Sacnilk estimates Rs 8.00 crore net on Sunday 11 October, its 17th day, from 1,291 shows at 83 percent occupancy, up from Rs 6.75 crore on Saturday. That compares with the Rs 33.47 crore net Sacnilk had the film on after day 15, which we reported earlier, so roughly Rs 19 crore net came in over three days, going by the TV9 total.
The run has also kept building off the screen. On SouthSide's campaign dashboard, Premada Oorali's Instagram posts show about 76 lakh views in total, measured from the film's pre-release months through its opening fortnight. The film opened in theatres on 25 September 2026, and dubbed Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi versions were announced for after the Karnataka run.
