How to have SouthSide Studio delete the data we hold about you, including data from Facebook or Instagram that you shared with our app Namma Sandalwood Insights.
Facebook tells us automatically. We stop reading your account at once and delete the access token and the account details we stored. If you also choose Send request for data deletion in that dialog, Facebook gives you a confirmation code and a link where you can check that the deletion is complete.
Email contact@southsidestudio.in with the subject "Data deletion request" and your Instagram username or the email you contacted us from. We delete the data and confirm by reply within 30 days. This covers campaign report rows that name your public posts, enquiries you sent through this website, and anything else we hold about you.
Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept for the period the law requires, and are not used for anything else.
