Common Man is an upcoming Kannada political drama directed by veteran filmmaker Om Sai Prakash, marking his 106th film as director, with Gowrishankar SRG of "Kerebete" fame in the lead and Shona Ladwa as the heroine. The story follows an ordinary lawyer who becomes Chief Minister of the state without contesting an election, and asks what reforms such a man would attempt; the title itself was picked by a public vote.
